Shadows on the background
Furniture or shadows behind you are the top rejection cause. We detect them before you submit.

Pakistan NADRA / NICOP Photo (online) Requirements
Pak-Identity publishes a file-size ceiling for the photograph but never states which image formats the photo field accepts — the formats listed in its guide belong to the supporting documents and fingerprint form, not to the photo.
Choosing this rule uses its requirements only. Other requirements in your pasted text are not added automatically.

Upload one clear, recent photo
A phone photo is fine. Face the camera, use even light and keep your full head and shoulders in frame.
- Face a window or lamp. Never shoot with the light behind you.
- Stand at least 50 cm from a plain wall so it does not cast a shadow behind your head.
- Turn off beauty filters and portrait mode — background blur counts as digital editing.
