Contact PhotoToSpec to report an outdated passport or ID photo requirement, get product support or request deletion of an AI-processed photo.
Report an outdated requirement
Please include:
- the PhotoToSpec page URL;
- the official authority page or document that shows the current rule;
- the field that changed, such as pixels, format, background or recency;
- the date you checked the source.
We do not promote a rule from a photo-service vendor alone when an authority source can be checked.
Product support
Describe the browser, device, page and step where the problem occurred. Do not email identity documents or an original portrait unless support specifically asks for it. For an AI-photo deletion request, send the job reference shown by the result page; the reference lets us locate the stored copy.
