Hong Kong APEC Business Travel Card Photo Size & Requirements
These are upload rules for the online application, not print specifications — the card photo is submitted as a file, so there is no millimetre size to match.
Choosing this rule uses its requirements only. Other requirements in your pasted text are not added automatically.

Upload one clear, recent photo
A phone photo is fine. Face the camera, use even light and keep your full head and shoulders in frame.
- Face a window or lamp. Never shoot with the light behind you.
- Stand at least 50 cm from a plain wall so it does not cast a shadow behind your head.
- Turn off beauty filters and portrait mode — background blur counts as digital editing.
