Print at Actual Size / 100%. Turn off “Fit to page” and borderless fill — both rescale the photo silently, and the millimetres come out wrong.

The face must not be partly covered by dummies, decorations or accessories and the child must remain recognisable; closed eyes are normally refused, with newborns the exception. Newborns are the exception; for every other child the eyes need to be open. The face must also stay uncovered — no dummy, decoration or accessory across it — and the child has to remain recognisable.
