Glasses and a coloured background are shown as invalid
Armenia's e-Visa system puts both in its own examples of photos it will not accept. Take the glasses off and use a plain, evenly lit background, even though no background colour is published.

Armenia e-Visa Photo (online) Size & Requirements
The 250–6000 px range is the bounds the upload control accepts, not a frame you are required to hit: Armenia's e-Visa system publishes no fixed photo dimensions at all, so a photo anywhere inside that range is acceptable on size grounds.
Choosing this rule uses its requirements only. Other requirements in your pasted text are not added automatically.

Upload one clear, recent photo
A phone photo is fine. Face the camera, use even light and keep your full head and shoulders in frame.
- Face a window or lamp. Never shoot with the light behind you.
- Stand at least 50 cm from a plain wall so it does not cast a shadow behind your head.
- Turn off beauty filters and portrait mode — background blur counts as digital editing.
